I asked for and paid the 3.97 for the cd grant writer pro but they did not inform me of any other charges for the cd or service. Suddenly a 29.95 charge appeared on my statement. I saw Linda's email from Amityville about the same company and have called Ryan Riddle's cell but have not heard back from him. I called my bank and filed a fraudulent billing report and I emailed the FTC.
The cd is sitting here in front of me unopened. I was not looking for free money for myself but for my school since I am a teacher. Never again. I will let you know what happens but I find it hard to believe that so many people have complained about this company on your website and nothing has been done to Raven Media.
