I purchased a reading pen basic and had other item mailed to me in which I did not order. I followed their refund policy and even sent the product back that was sent to me in error. I sent all items to them 7/5/06. As of today 8/22/06 I haven't received my refund of approx. $305.00.
Wiz Com received the products back in perfect condition. I have been told the check is the mail everyweek week since the end of July. Be aware of this company because they do not stand by their refund policy.
