I place an order on july 8 i found out that they did not have it in stock though lenox and it would not be in until end of august so as of there web sit said i could cancel if the item was out of stock and get full refund;
I call on july 27 and cancel my order i was told my credit card would be credited in 3-5 days well it has not been so i called again today and i fell i'm getting the run around i was told that the person that took my call didn't get to it yet. I feel i am being taken advantage of and they keep putting me off it only took them a day to charge my credit card, but to get my credit card account credited it will take longer.
