I used to work for Alliance Advertising and when I started I thought WOW what an oppurtunity. Life changing even. HA!
So I go in for my interview was called back and go on my day of observation aka Day of O. They use all kinds of mind tricks starting from the way they say hello to when they lead you out to the car.
All day I was asking questions and got no real response. "Not until we sit down for lunch" i was told over and over.
Finally, they let you in on the "big" secret. That you could "potentially" make 100,000 dollars in 4-6 months. Too good to be true? You bet your *&*.
But I went with it. Worked hard trying to get into leadership and whatnot. Went in early. Stayed late. When really the hourly breakdown was sometimes as low as a dollar an hour. That's a great deal right? RIGHT!
I've seen so many people come in and go out in this company. They use people.
And the lies and "fear of lossing' they use to get people to work for them is amazing. I quit a very stable job with benefits and everything else and now i'm stuck in a bind.
One Mr. Giovanni Ventura, a top leader in the company, was caught screwing around with two brand new girls using his position to do so and there was no evidence of his even being reprimanded. Can we say sexual harrassment?
The point is people in this company have no morals or dignity in what they do. Your about to lose everything? GREAT! Take one your absolutely going to love it.
Stay away from this company. They do nothing but drag you in and spit you out as soon as your production falls.
Do people get promoted? Yes. Okay that's not a lie. But what you have to give up in respect for yourself, lying to your crew, and to customers makes it not worth it.
