Covenant Transport does not practice the workers comp. Laws of the state of Tennessee. Any injured worker must go to Chattanooga, Tn for all treatment with the Doctor of Covenants choice. They hide behind a "contract" that is not legal in that state. Any treatment done outside of Chattanooga will be denied. They will not pay for any meals while you are there either. You must pay for food yourself. There are no acceptions.
