I have two friends who worked for Covenant Transport for nearly a year, their truck broke down in Louisiana. They got to a Petro Truck Stop and were told to get their belongings off the truck and take a bus home for the holidays. This is no way for a Christian Co. To operate. They could at least sent them another truck to get home with. I worked for Covenant back in the spring. I was ready for hometime and had to find my own way home. Meanwhile, my co-driver was able to drive our truck to his home in Houston. I was told by our dispatcher Mitch Varnell that they never have any freight going to Albuquerque, NM.
