After several phone/fax notices this Company refuses to pay shortfall because they are fraudulent trucking services for Ford, Freight Masters and GM.

I have been real patient with you, your attitude and the intentional criminal behavior. I have done all I can to wait and let you mend my short-fall of money. I even worked the two (2) weeks notice to leave in good standing with you, I can only now believe it was a waste of time to try to change your behavior and that of criminally short paying me for personal gain. I have that as OTR being paid at industry standards. 41-. 49 (. 44 average), I would have been paid $3666 for the 8332 miles I ran for you, you paid me$2499, that is $1166 less than any other company would have paid me.
You Company Management is that of OTR Sweat-Shops. Because: Waiting four (4) weeks to be paid is another stupidity along with paying me four (4) weeks later after leaving your company. I still have not received;
1. Scale ticket $8.50
2. Detention time $142.50
3. Advance you claim I took $100,
A total of $304.10
I will be adding interest at 19% if not paid with five (5) days until resolved. Additionally, I will seek legal advise claiming damages of $5,000, if this will not be resolved immediately. Any Judge will see my side and the public will see what kind of business you really have I am sending a copy to FMS. Now I know why you were of NO assistance when I was away and my water main broke and you chose not to help our family.
