Ripoff, scam, stealing, dishonesty

Capital Financial is a fake. They stole $200 from me promising me a credit card and an opportunity to rebuild my credit.

I have called their so called customer service dept several times and got nothing but rude and unhelpfull answers. The told me over and over that the $200 was non cash refundable.

I ask serveral times to speak to a supervisor and always stated that they were in a meeting or they would ask for a call back number and a supervisor would call back..

I am still waiting for a call one month later. Capital Financial is a ripoff to hard working Americans. Dont fall for it!
