Familiar Story:
I ordered my power storm Vac on 4/3 online. Buy one and get one free. My order was messed up from the start. I was suppose to get a steamer with the two Vacs. The order was confirmed back to me by E-mail and did not include the steamer.
I called numerous times and finally got through to someone. They told me they would adjust the bill to $98.35 from the $119.75 that was on my confirmation. My credit card was billed $119.75 on my next statement.
I still have not received my order. I was given a nummer to call called "corporate" (212) 575-0500 to follow up on my order. This was given to me from their customer service who said they had no record of my order I am put on constant hold and never get to talk to anyone at corporate.
At this point, I do not want the vacuums I just want my money back. I just cant get through to anyone and even if I did what whould they do?
They are the worst company I have ever delt with and anyone who would ever do business with them should have their head examined. Kiss your money good-by.
Someone needs to make them accountable
