Glad to see you here. This little website is dedicated to Filister Enterprises. Just so you know, Filister Enterprises is a landlord company based in Fridley, Minnesota, in Twin Cities area. This company tends to sometimes (but I hope, not so often, else they would have no tenants at all...), so, they tend to sometimes infringe agreements with their tenants. Some of many examples are shown here.
First. Here is a copy of one of many complaints submitted by Filister Enterprises' tenant (ROR REDACTED FULL NAME). Judging by these complaints, the Filister Enterprises' building at 2610 Fremont Avenue South in Minneapolis was not kept in proper condition (and perhaps is not kept in good condition even now).in fact, she provided several such complaints, but we don't have signed copies of those. We have only one signed copy, which we are exhibiting here:

As you can see, Ms. & points out that there were:
1) No hot water in shower; and
2) No notice left by Filister Enterprises prior to enter her apartment. Well, of notices we could talk some time later; and now let us proceed to hot water issue, item Second: "
