Ripoff

I had a charge on my bank account for $28 which was listed twx magazine. It was an unauthorized charge. I called the one eight number and kept answering their questions until I finally hit 0 to get an operator, finally a human. I explained my situation, here it is june 14, they told me i have been receiving elle magazine since january of and that i originally ordered free subscriptions, which at the end of the free magazines i would be charged automatically, this was never disclosed i told the man that. He argued with me until i told him i called my bank and filed a fraudulent charge report on them and my bank was going to handle it. All of a sudden, my money was guaranteed to be put back in my account within thirty two hours, and apologies all over the place. What a bunch of losers and how can people work for them??? /
