There is already one good consumer complaints about this company, I would just like to add to it.
I received four $2 charges to my bank account and then started receiving four magazines that I didn't order. I suggest having your bank block all future charges from this company!
When you call the number listed on the bank charge 1-888-321-6247 and try to cancel the subscriptions it is purposefully confusing and misleading. Press "0" repeatedly to get an operator and insist on canceling the subscriptions and receiving no further issues PERIOD.
The operator told me that the subscriptions were placed through bizrate, an internet company that I have never done business with. TWX itself is Time Inc. A division of Time Warner, Inc. I don't know who is actually responsible for the scam in the first place and who runs the very misleading phone number they provide.
I assume that if you don't make the effort to cancel the subscriptions, eventually your account will be charged for them without your permission.
