As I looked at my bank account online I saw that I had an "ach withdraw" from someone in the amount of $9.95 on 6/6. I called my bank to find out who this was from. I was told it was USA BENEFITS.
I called them to see who they were. I have never heard of them or used their service. I have no idea how they got all my info. They said I signed up for/accepted their service when I filled out a cash advance/payday loan application online. This is not true! I never got a cash advance on line and I've never signed up for this.
I talked to a lady named Cindy at (800) 809-5986 She said she would cancel me from their service/company and issue me a refund for the $9.95 in about 14 business days.
I called my bank right away to tell them this was fraud and I needed to take action! The bank took care of that. They are refunding me and going after this company. They have also put a block from them ever taking an ach withdraw from me again.
After reading all these night mares on here that people have had with this company I am really worried. I want to make sure I get my money refunded and that this never happens again!
I already reported them to the Better Business Bureau yesterday.
We need to stop this company from doing this. They are steeling our money! We need to put them out of business. Has anyone taken legal action?
