My ex-wife Dawn M. Durham, collects a weekly child support of $254.00, $75.00 of the $254.00 is for daycare expenses. My daughter who is now eleven does not go to daycare and has not for five years.
Dawn will not report to the Friend of the court that she does not send our child to daycare. The Friend of the court will not acknowledge my plea when I explain to them that my child is eleven years old and attends school not daycare.in the summer while school is out Dawn's mother will watch my daughter and Dawn's other child, Dawn pays her mother no money, but I still pay the Friend of the court $75.00 a week for daycare every week all year, $300.00 a month in a four week month, $375.00 in a five week month. The Friend of the court is another complaint that I will address in another report.
