Need help Plantinum does not return emails

I have been charge 139.95 what was messed up is that they charged my husband's been charge under my name and my name isn't even on his account. I have called and even sent many emails to them and they don't return emails and everytime I try to call both numbers no one ansewrs I didn't even know about this website I hope that I can get some help about what I need to do before it is to late. Please can someone email me about what spets I need to do to get all my money back. I haven't even got my card and it has been three weeks almost.
