Ripoff for years of a small amount billed to credit card every month

Years ago, around 2000 a charge for AEI Services LLC 800-306-8484 MD started appearing on our credit card each month with the charge of $8.08. My husband thought it was something for me and never questioned it - I never paid the bills so I wasn't aware of it until now. We both have no idea what this company is about or what our $8.08 have been going towards. So they have made $576. Off of us in the last 6 years. I don't care about the money I just want the payment to stop.
