Mrs. Street is a foster care provider for special needs minors. She has been mistreating these children for quite a while, having one take care of the other. For example a minor girl taking care of a mentally handicapped older male.in this profession, it is highly unethical and extremely illegal. She has been getting away with this for years due to her ties with a close friend, who also happens to be her attourney.
Not only that, she has been known to 'step' on people along the way to get what she wants. For example, if anyone reported her, she would take vindictive revenge on the individuals or make false accusations.
Foster care does have home inspections, with advanced notifications of when they are comming, which does nothing to see the true nature of this woman when she is prepared and 'on her best behavior'.
Most people have to work their butts off to hold legitimate jobs and maintain them ethically. I don't think it's fair to the rest of the hard working people out there, nor to those kids for her to be able to sit in bed until the late afternoon while the foster kids take care of the house. These kids won't tell you these things out of fear, because if they told they would have to endure retaliation (common sense)
Thus this leaves me with having to write this report in hopes that some day there will be justice in the system and she will be served!
