Ranch House Restaurant - Ranch House Steak House Treats Employees Badly, screams, yells, insults, constant harassment, refuses to train ripoff

I worked there for only a couple of days because the manager/cook was constantly screaming at me and insulting me and threatening to fire me.

She constantly screamed at and threatened to fire me because I did not know what to do, but refused to train me. She told me to watch the other waitstaff to learn what to do, but when I did, she screamed at me for watching.

If I asked what I was supposed to do, she'd tell me I was worthless and threaten to fire me.

It got to the point one day that she caused me to have a really bad anxiety attack to where I started feeling physically ill. I walked out and never looked back when I realized that working there was becoming to be harmful to my health.

Do not work there unless you can handle constant harrasment.

Do not eat there unless you don't care that the employees there are mistreated.
