In late February I pulled a the said companies name and address, no phone listed from a flyer at my college, NOrthampton Community College.
I mailed a self-addressed stamped envelope to them in hopes of getting additional literature. Promptly I received a one page flyer, which I have, and their name is not listed on it!
It had a registration form enclosed in which I filled out and mailed a $35.00 refundable fee. Today's date is May 4th and I have not received a package as promised. I wanted to call and get my money back.
I called 411 for the number today and I received a machine, the owner picked up and indicated that she was not the same company but that she did own a company for 12 years with the same name. She indicated that this was a scam and that she has turned them into the attorney generals office of AZ.
I have my cancelled check front and back. I have the original letter and copy of my signed registration form. I will be seeking out the original flyer from my college on Monday and bringing it to the administrations attention.
