Received phone call with a special offer to upgrade my membership to yearly. Made it sound like it was better than being billed monthly. Less paperwork for all concerned. So I said okay.
After looking at the products they had to offer, I decided they didn't really didn't have what I was looking for. So I called to cancel my account. What a surprise, sorry we don't offer refunds. I told the person that nothing was said about that when I got the call. Answer was still the same... OOPS SORRY YOUR OUT OF LUCK.
Lesson learned-Don't make decisions in the morning when you first wakeup and are not on the computer to check out the company.
