We received the auction kit and were to receive training by a coach on how to conduct auctions. This training was never received. I was kicked off of e-Bay when trying to hold one of their auctions. We called them and since we were no longer on e-Bay we decided to cancel pro-auction. I find almost three months later they have been chargeing us 49.50 per month for nothing. This time we are not asking them to stop taking money out of our account were contacting the bank ourselves! We still don't understand why we were kicked off of e-Bay and has taken months to repair. Be very careful of this company they not only robb you but cost you business.
