My husband bought a Nickelodeon subscription for our granddaughter for the amount of $50.00. A young man, named Brad Ricketts, came to our door selling these subscriptions. Mr. Rickett mentioned this sale would help him obtain funds towards his college education.
The check was cashed three days after the order was submitted. I attempted to cancel the subscription by phone. The representative stated I had to give them 120 days to process the order.
After waiting the 120 days, I wrote to the company that they had defaulted in their agreement to send the ordered magazine and demanded a full reimbursment.
Three months after that letter I recieved an alpology letter from Kari Rogers, a customer service representative for Entrepreneurs Across America, Inc. She wrote that I was entitled for a full refund as long as I submitted a copy of the cancelled check and the origianal order form. The information was faxed to the number provided.
It has been four months since I complied to Ms. Roger's request with no reponse. This is most infuriating that this organization is able to do business in any state.
