This is to warn all future renters in Saranac Lake to stay away from anything owned by Tia McNearland. She is about the most money hungry non fixingess - in the landlord business. Especially 15 cliff rd (formerly 50 baker st). I Have lived there and the entire time i lived there nothing has been repaired and when you complain about it she pretends to get it done but it never happens. But when it comes to the rent she's got her nasty grubby hand out. She is currently trying to sell 50 baker for a large sum of money that the building is not worth. I strongly advise all to stay away!!!
