Mark Baker (Baker Mechanical) installed a gas furnace on 1/17. Seven months later the unit failed to start. Mark Baker came out, inspected the unit, charged $75.00 service fee and said it needed parts that would be covered by warranty. He stated he would call me within hours and tell me where to pick the parts up at no charge to me. He not only took parts off the unit and disconnected the wires, I strongly believe that he used my parts for another customer and charged them for it. He has not answered my calls or texts now for over 3 weeks. He has totally ignored me. I will place this complaint on Facebook, My space, Twitter, Linknd and every possible social media there is. I want to warn everyone to not do any business whatsoever with this Liar and Thief. Now I have to pay approximately $300.00 to get my furnace repaired. I strongly suspect that he may be on crack
