American buldings lures new employee's with the promise of overtime and bonuses after a few months and then delivers on neither.
If you question your supervisor about it they tell you they will look into it and get back to you but never do. Or they give you the excuse that you must have "slipped through the cracks" and claim "we will get right on it".
The average time for them to "get right on it" is 4 months and thats only if you push the issue.
If you threaten to leave, they are real quick to point out an employment agreement that you signed claiming you would owe them money if you leave.
Its amazing how they can remember that, but can't remember when they owe you money.
No wonder they went through bankruptcy!!!
