I am upset at the house I live in because I am paying $1200 a month and no one is fixing up the place. I signed a contract saying that the owner was going to clean up the place. However, the place is still filthy. I have been living in this mess since last November. The floors and roofs are nasty. There are holes in the walls and ceilings. The water pressure is extremely low. The windows are broken, the mailbox is crushed and damaged, and the driveway is not paved. The house has not been painted or pressure-cleaned since we moved here. I feel that $1200 a month is too much to live in this mess. Could you please help me find another place to live in or lower the monthly rent? Thanks! May God bless you!
