Would like others to be aware as a former employee to beware of this company at all cost. Hints to make sure they don't harass you in the future coming from a former supervisor. They can not under any circumstances effect your credit or report this to a credit company. They can not file a lawsuit against you for anything over $500.00 in magazines and they do not go to court even if you don't pay. Threatening BBB and Atty General is the best way to deal with Blue Whale Publications and there Director of Operations Robert O aka Rob Roberts. 99% of the time they will stop harrassing you. Always ask if they have a valid contract which they will tell you they do and it's recorded. Always ask to hear that recording... 99% are bogus.
This company can not hold you liable for what they claim is a debt you owe them, they just prefer to harass you into giving them money to close accts that should have never been opened. They are very good at opening accts without your permission. As a former employee I can tell you that this company basis and maintains there operation on the fear of cliets worries about credit... It can not be reported to credit and is not. Fight back. This company makes alot of money by your fear as well as deception.
