I have been having problems with Allied Interstate Calling my house for 2 Weeks Now. Usually once a day, but I have Never Picked Up the calls. It Always Says Blocked Call. I alway get the same Message...

Thats all it ever is, Its always the same thing. Today I got 2 phone calls from Allied Interstate. I got Fed up with them and called it back. They said that they couldn't do anything intill I give them my phone Number. And I never will... The guy that I was talking to sounds like he is from Quik-E-mart.
How Do I make these Calls quit? I dont have any debt. And even if I did I always make my payments and everything is on time. Im on the Do Not Call list, and even reput it on there to make sure it was there.
Do I have to call them back and ask them why they are calling? Do I need to know legal actions to make them Quit? Do I have to Give them my phone number?
Please help me In any way that you can. I dont know what to do. Thanks
