In August I received my True Ceramic Pro flat iron. After about a month and a half, it stopped working. I called and they mailed me another one. After a month, the new one stopped working.
In January I mailed back both flat irons and they said they would give us a refund. It's been 3 months and we still have not received our refund. Every time we try to call them, we get a recording that says that our area code has been blocked from their system.
That's $119 down the drain. We could really use that money right now; especially with 2 kids. This really sucks.
