David Reginals McDowell, formerly of Imlay City, Michigan moved to Wolverine, Michigan with his girlfriend. Had a baby with her although he has failed to pay back child support for his daughter who is now 18 years of age. Court order on file requires him to pay weekly but pays every 3 months a few dollars. Lies to his live-in girlfriend and says he is paying FOC every week. Macomb County FOC fails to enforce the Court Order. He owes about $39,000.00 and if you figure it out is not very much for 18 years. But... He still is not paying his obligation for his daughter.
David McDowell left Imlay City where he was buying a home on a land contract. Stole all the appliances from the home and left town owing over 6 months of payments. He also owes money to several people and hides from them. He is a sneaky, lying thief. He works regularly yet has not filed any income tax returns for several years. He is a blight on society.
