I did not offer any sort of refund as you may remember for items purchased. (HVACRAC: You should offer a refund to you customers if they are not satisfied for any reasonable reason.) (If you want to be successful)

However based on the extreme delay with the second item you purchased I stated I would refund your shipping cost of $35.00 usd. (HVACRAC: Are you implying that the only reason that you are offering to refund for the shipping charge is because I purchased a first item??? -$315.00)

The reason I have yet to do this was based on the two complaints you have made to paypal, (HVACRAC: It's not a complaint, it's an attempt to resolve an issue. Ie... Not receiving a purchase in a timely manner. $1085.00, that's a lot of money)

Which by the way froze my account as well. I'm sure you can understand from my end that I had nothing to do with the second 1085.00 transaction, (HVACRAC: I realize you did not double charge me for the items that I purchased however due to the delay in the in receiving the purchase and the cost of that purchase, I had to spend my time to utilize the resolution center at pay pal, you did in fact play a part in this snafu. Never mind the fact that you are selling products that you don't possess)

However I had to deal with this for nine days. (HVACRAC: I have been dealing with this for thirty day's) Calling pay pal three times logging into my account each and every day and continually wondering when will this mess clear up and seeing my balance at a negative 1085.00. I'm not sure as to why you feel I owe you compensation for the bank issue.

(HVACRAC: (I have called Pay Pal twenty times trying to get the money back into my account. I did finally receive the money in the form of PayPay credit; unfortunately I can not make my house payment using PayPal Credit.)

I hope you understand. (HVACRAC: Understand what???)
Today it just cleared and I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. (HVACRAC: My money cleared your account although I still haven't received what I purchased or a reasonable offer to make things right...)
Let's not focus on who is at fault but, what are we going to agree on to finalize this transaction and move forward. Please respond A.S.A.P.
(HVACRAC: Make me an offer, you have all the facts and the charges I have incurred. Call (or e-mail) droppshippers.com and see if they want to help you out. (Just kidding)

I read your last e-mail regarding See what I have to deal with. I can appreciate your circumstances but that's was your choice and your problem; don't make it mine. Please respond in a timely manner.

Please see the following:
You should offer a refund to you customers if they are not satisfied for any reasonable reason.
You stated you would offer a refund on the shipping cost which you should do in a timely manner if applicable.
You haven't refunded the shipping charges because I filed a complaint due to not receiving my purchase in a timely fashion.
I froze your account with PayPal? Is that comparable to a credit issue with my house payment. (Which originates from filing a claim for items not received.)

Respond to your babble. Not only did I not receive everything that I purchased but I had to deal with waiting over three weeks for something I could have gotten in three days elsewhere, double billing, insufficient fund fee's, causing havoc to other EBay sellers, tarnishing my EBay score and making multiple calls to PayPay to attempt resolve this matter. And on top of all that's you blame me for calling EBay / Paypal
Make me an offer and we'll it call Game Over.
