Keep away from this company!!! Find another Pool company to purchase your above ground pool from! This company can't even get prices right within its own stores. We purchased a 24' round pool. After going to two of their stores mind you one in Tampa FL and one in Clearwater FL. The prices varied greatly. One store the Tampa store claimed they did not offer pool packages, yet the one in Clearwater only offered packages. The sales man was suave and dapper. Yet once we purchased the pool, and installation time came there was another story. They sent over two teens to do the job... Talk about sloopy and not being on the job. They did not even place sand under the liner. They left my yard a complete mess and my screenroom was left full of mud. Boxes and garbage everywhere. When I called the store to complain, the true colors of this store came out. Nasty is not enough to describe what I had to endure. If your looking for good customer service, this is not the place to go. Once they have your money, you are just another sucker. Keep away from these Rude Rip off artist.
