Avoid getting sucked into ITEX.

I have lost $12,686.63.

Gene Brooks bought my company's modular Hayworth furniture with ITEX dollars.

Gene Brooks was the ITEX Chicago point of contact when ITEX Chicago was in Oak Brook IL. Gene Brooks has moved out of Oak Brook.

How the $12,686.63 was lost.
- Incorrect debit to UCMS by "fresh promotions" of $5,000
- Itex credited back the $215 cash transaction fee but disavows any knowledge of the $5,000 "fresh promotions" Itex Trade
- Itex fails to credit back the $5,000 AND closes the account
- Itex keeps the non-disputed $7,686.63

UCMS has documented every attempt at
(1) getting back $5,000
(2) getting back $7,686.63

Steven White, Chairman of Itex, Eric Best, Director of Itex, John A. Wade, Director of Itex, Cressa Manley, customer support of Itex and others at Itex know of UCMS situation but refuse to respond. This dispute is with the Itex located at 425-463-4000. Itex complaint address is
