Colonial Grand At Mallard Creek
Deceptive trade practice ripoff

We moved into a apartment here at colonial grand with the understanding that our electrict bill would not be our responsibility until construction was completed, for workers were using our electricty for over three months, night and day. When the construction was completed the manager said that we had to pay all the back electrict bills or our rent payment would not be excepted. Repairs are only done after constant complaints with local officials.

Colonial grand properties has apartments throughout the country. I wonder if this is a custom problem? This company adjust the lease as they seem fit.
