Balance not credited to my bank account, money kept instead

It's simple. PayPal will not credit my bank account. I used PayPal so my customers could pay me easily. PayPal is keeping my money. They have my bank information and still won't send me my money. I cannot believe them! I can't believe they are getting away with the crimes they commit! I am willing to join with other victims and sue the company!
