Ripoff Harrassing telephone calls for collection of debts by someone who used to have my telephone number

I, too, have been screaming at the robots of ALLIED INTERSTATE, who do not undertand, NANCY DOES NOT LIVE HERE! I have demanded to speak to superiors who have assured me at least 4 times that the calls will stop. I have reported the company to the FTC. They will not give me their physical address. Only that they are in New York. I can't write a letter to them without an address, and their number is of course blocked for #69. Does anyone know their New York address/phone #?
