Agree with Tara from Rhode Island. I found the same problems she experienced. I don't understand why this company has not been investigated as of yet. It appears that all of their products come with the same bogus guarantee! I used a small portion of 1 bottle and then returned and I was pentalized with a $13.47 re-stocking fee? Joke! Perhaps this is the way the company makes it's profit Good luck everyone.
