I bought several pairs of earrings in December and returned the most of them, as they are not as described or quality of the product is just so bad that you can not, don't want to wear it!
I have been fighting for refund since. I have one refund outstanding. The size of the pearl meant to be 6mm but it is only 5mm. They insisted that the size is correct. How can I argue something that no longer in my possession.
I was told today that they will not refund. I am angry not just because of money; it is because of the practice, the customer service.
Next time before I return any products, I will/need to obtain a professional report/certificate.
Should the relevant state authority do something about it?!
