Ripoff Fires And Steals From Employee Fired for false reasons and then stole money

I have worked for GEICO since 10-11-1999, I have done my job to the best of my as trained ability. On 02-08 I was informed that I was being fired (0ver the phone as my manager was to cowardly to tell me face to face) due to "gross misconduct" Gross misconduct was this. I received a phone call from a lady verifying her policy had been cancelled, I verified this, the lady then informed me she could not make a payment until the 18th of the month, I informed the ph (policyholder) she would need to then call back on the 18th to make the payment and re-start the policy, she asked "what about in the meantime if anything happened" I informed her that her policy was cancelled and that if she were pulled over that even though she still had an insurance card to show to an officer this did not mean she had insurance and then gave her an example of if she were in an accident she had no liability or comprhensive/collision coverage, msph understood and ended call. Now according to my manager Charles Solomon in the GEICO Military Dept in Virginia Beach VA. Gross misconduct was that I lead msph to believe she still had insurance. So instead of counseling or training which would have been the normal next step, I was FIRED. Now Keep in mind, I feel there was more to this, for awhle now my supervisor has been telling me to watch out that Charles was out to get me, others in our dept. Have been told the same thing, there are fears that Charles is not real keen on Caucasions and that he is a numbers man and anyone not meeting his standards or about to become vested in their 401k is soon to be out the door, GEICO also has some practices that quite a few employees have problems with regarding the customers, we felt we were stealing from the customer, I brought this to Charles's attention and was told that I worked for the company not the customer and if I continued to have reservations I could seek employment elsewhere. I have since my firing spoken to fellow co-workers who are astounded that I was fired and many of them scared to death they are next, many of them are on anxiety meds form working at GEICO due to the aggressive nature of their manager. So here I sit applying for other employment, having been fired for no wrong doing, Geico human resources dept. Saying they would call me back and never having done so, (thanks Wendy Daniels) and the top guy Joe Thomas not re-considering my employment and obviously oblivious as to what is going on upstairs. So here I sit having worked the entire year GEICO now tells me I will not get my profit sharing, even though I worked the year for it, they tell me it is policy and they do it all the time. Anyone know if this is class action lawsuit time? Anyone that wishes to know of Geico's practices in regards to their policy please feel free to write

P.S. There is a rumor that Charles had an affair with another supv. Whether this is true or not is not known as the H.R. Dept cannot confirm or deny but someone involved was informed by the H.R. Dept. That she was not allowed to discuss it and Charles also knew that I knew about it
