I have used this company to order parts for playstation 2 repairs, they are slow at processing their orders but I did recieve my first order OK.
The problems started when I sent my second order. I ordered a back up cds and a ribbon cable, after waiting 1 week I checked the order status on their web site and it showed as pending. So I sent them an e mail stating if they did not have the cd I could wait for that but I really needed the cable. They sent me the cable and said they would send me the cds ASAP. This was acceptable (at that time).
I needed another part and placed a order for it plus another cd. This was 5 weeks ago. On March 19th VDO Specialties said they sent it out a week ago (their web site showed this order as pending, As it still does to this date). On April I e-mailed them again on April 2nd their reply was it was already sent out and they were looking for a tracking #. On April 3 I replied that I would like that # to contact the USPS to inquire on its location. I recieved no reply. Today April 10 I requested from vdo-specialties to have somebody of authority call me and try to resolve this. But I would like others to know how poor the service is from this company.
