Ebay Rip Off Artist Willaim Clilnton Philputt, Bill Philputt ripoff Pay for your stuff and never get it! Doesn't respond to email! Big run around! North

I bought a dvd set from this guy on ebay in NOV and never got it! He says it's may have been shipped but he needs my address to check so I send him my address 10x's and never get a reply! I try numerous times to email him to resolve the situation. Then after waiting nearly a month I filed a dispute and he answers me by saying he never got ANY emails from me and needs my address to verify! He got my money the day after the auction ended! Now he acts like he doesn't know what I'm talking about! Also one customer in his feedback wrote that the dvd's he ordered were burned copies! His ebay ID is firsttimearoundDon't buy from him.
