I was fired over 2 phone calls. The first call the customer cursed at me used terrible profanity, and I was told that I should show no emotion. It is not normal to be verbally abused.
So much for trust and team work, and the bank of higher standards. On the call with the customer cursing the called was edited so you could only hear my response (which was not that serious its not like I cursed him back) and the customer acting crazy
