Annete Rivers of Ministry Business Solutions Inc. (MBS) has ripped off Lost Sheep Found Ministries in Leesburg, VA. For her services in securing a building, she was advanced $1375.00. The realtor informed us that no advance was required. We were informed that the money would be refunded by a certain date. This date has passed.in addition, she was given $1000.00 for training classes which were never received. We have not received the money, nor heard from her by letter, email or phone. This is a friendly warning to other churhes and individuals of rip-off artist Annette Rivers.
