I did not subscribe to this sevice fisrt of all. Second when I noticed it on my phone bill there was a charge of 80 dollars. I had no idea what this was so I started calling to find out what was going on.
I told them the situation and they played back the message of some man giving my po box and phone number which is not private information it states it in the local phone book and on my checks and just about every piece of mail that I have outgoing. As if I have a man.
So then I requested they cancel it and they didn't, I also requested the charge be credited sence it was not mine. None of these things happened.
I have been trying to resolve this situation for several months november threw current march. I have found several people this has happened to.
In my experience so far I have been put on hold numerous times for hours at a time. Been given phoney names and told they couldn't give me a supervisors name or any other name. I was told they couldn't give out address's or other phone numbers or anything else. I my self will am and will be calling and harrasing them until this is tooken care of or I die what ever comes first and do recomined everone else do so as well. Thanks.
