Ripoff False credit card offer for 15,000.00

I recieved a credit card offer in the mail. And signed and sent the fee of 43 dollars... It cleared my account last week and havent heard anything on it so i got online and looked it up to find out its a fraud... Please help me in getting my money back if at all possible...
