Ripped off my money of 54 dollors havent heard from them its been over a month ago

Got a letter in mail from national credit svc. Responded about a visa credit card sent it in on feb, 3 2012. Havent heard from them at all they got 54.00 from me through a money order. Guarantee money back also a vacation for 4 if send in immediately.
