Star Communications uses the name Family Fun Pass to call people and promise different coupons, rewards, 1/2 off pricing for television services for a rate of 4.95 for a trial period of 14 days but you have to give your checking acct info for the deduction of 4.95. They suppose to send you a package via US Mail, but the package never arrives.
Meanwhile, when you call to cancel, they still withdraw the full price of 129.90 from your banking account. They give you three numbers for different parts of the package all for 4.95, with different fees, but when you call to cancel, they say you didn't call the right number or they will send the refund and it has been 2 mths and nothing yet. When you call to question, they're doing an "investigation".
Reported with Better Business Bureau and they already have several complaints against them amd are outlawed in certain states.
