Yes, I have a complaint!!! I placed an order with Victoria Secret on Tuesday, Nov 22nd. I was told that with this $275.00 order that I could receive free gifts bags as shown on television. I was told that by the catalog clerk that she could not include these bags for me at this time. I would have to call back on Friday to make another order to receive these bags. I called at 9AM - central time and was told that these bags were sold out several hours ago. Due to a loss, of my credit card I could not order over the Internet. Also, due to a horrible accident, I am left with a broken leg and unable to drive or get around. I was told that the stores had these bags also which I wasn't told last Tues Nov 22nd. If I had know this I could have gotten someone at the Fort Worth, Ridgmar Store to hold two bags for me and I would send someone to drive and pick these bags up. I called this store only to be refused again. They refused to hold any bags for me under any circumstances. I thought that Victoria Secret, was always a customer friendly store that went out of their way to help handicap customers. I found out this Holiday season I am wrong. All of this could have been avoided if the catalog clerk could have told me the truth and helped me with the bags. Also, if the store at Fort Worth, Texas - Ridgmar had helped me and held these bags so I could get someone to pick these up for me. What a nightmare this has turned out to be. I will cancel my order now that I didn't get the bags that I was wanting in the first place. If you can help me, please let me know. If not, then I will write the appropriate Victoria Secret authorities. I am also prepared to let others know of your handicap discrimination on the Usa Consumer Complaints.com site here on the Internet. Thank you,
