Paid for bags that didn't have closures, was not told the bags did not close, what a ripoff

I saw the commercial late one night about how these bags would keep my fruits and bread fresher longer. The bags that was shown on tv all had closures like a sandwich bag, so I ordered them and the bags to keep my breads fresher longer. Was not told that they did not have a closure on the end. When I recieved the bags and was really mad that it had a note in the pack to not use twist ties as they would tear the bag. The sales person I talked to after told me that the preminum bags only had a closure. This is when I really lost it with him. He said that I only paid for the regular bags and didn't order the preminum ones. This is not what I was led to believe when I ordered the bags.
