I signed a contract on Nov. 30. I finally have 56 piers that have failed inspection due to improper procedure.
The piers consist of 3 block each and all but 3 piers can be moved with a slight touch. JWH has had 20 block, small load of sand, and a couple bags of mortar delivered to correct problem.
Six weeks later nothing has been done but empty promises. When I do get to speak to someone, it is always the same answer, "someone will be out withing the next few days".
JWH's has gone through major changes in management, mostly at corporate level which stops all construction until they can get their act together.
We the comsumer know that this is not going to correct the problem because (from reliable sources) it is about money not knowledge in the constrcution area.
